Everybody talks about it, but very few companies actually do it: artificial intelligence requires experimentation to be successful. Philips, who had a complex consumer services department for several years decided it was time to start experimenting with artificial intelligence and wanted to roll out new technology to increase sales, increase consumer loyalty and operational efficiency by introducing Next Best Action functionality from Salesforce. Several use cases were created to test business justification and a business case during a xxx month time period. The results were impressive. 

During this sessions Dhruv Gupta, Global Contact Center Technology Lead and Program manager, will explain the why, what and the actual results from the pilot phase. Dhruv will also cover how they increased cross and upsell, reduced handling time and gathered the right data from the consumer while remaining GDPR compliant.
